Our Sisters’ House / Event communications
Gala events and sponsorships
Fundraising communications connect the mission to an invitation, a sponsor decision, and an experience people remember. My gala work spans planning, promotion, sponsor materials, attendee communications, and creative production.
My contribution
Gala planning and promotion, sponsorship communications, creative direction, and event assets.
Audience & purpose
Supporters, prospective sponsors, community partners, and event attendees.

From invitation to participation
The materials give different audiences the information they need: guests need a clear invitation and logistics; sponsors need an understandable opportunity to participate; the organization needs consistent messaging across every touchpoint.
Purple Reign / 2026
The newest campaign promotes the December 6, 2026 Purple Reign Gala at Pioneer Park Pavilion. It is presented here as an upcoming event, with no fundraising outcome claimed.
A coordinated body of work
The October newsletter carries the event forward with a dedicated page. Earlier sponsorship materials show another part of the communications system.
More than $100,000 raised across the first two galas
I led planning and promotion for the first two annual fundraising galas, which raised more than $100,000 combined. This collective result reflects the work of the organization, sponsors, donors, volunteers, and event team.
Collaboration & credit
The gala is an organizational effort involving leadership, staff, sponsors, volunteers, and community partners. My role is presented as communications and event leadership, without attributing the whole event or its fundraising to one person.
